Process
These pin commissions are a fun way to show off your character, but they are quite expensive so I'll walk you through the process and help keep you assured! This process usually takes a month. I do my pin commissions in rounds to save on shipping. Check TOS for more!
I give a rough pass for a design of your character in my personal chibi pin style
If you agree to get them done, I finish off the design, creating the reference for the manufacturer
You double check my reference, although the pantone colours I choose are as accurate as I can possibly get
I send it off to the manufacturer to get done, work time around 12-15 days on the 21st of each month
The pins get sent back to me, and I take my obligatory pin to stick up on my wall
I sort through the pins, picking out A-Grade, B-grade & C-Grade
I send the pins back to you!

To be clear, I do not dictate manufacturing prices, my manufacturer does! You are also free to get my design done by another manufacturer as long as you inform me, although I won't be able to handle anything if so. If you want any variation in quantitity or the number of colours isn't listed, contact me and I can get you a proper quote! All 50 pins are one design

$10 USD - rough pass as they take me time and effort to get right, as well as covering for any changes you ask for during this phase (Payment is not upfront)

Reference I create for the design is free
$20 USD - labour costs for handling and dealing with the hassle of getting the pins sorted and shipped
$100-150 - the manufacturing cost, price varies (pins + mold fee)
$18 [USA] Extra shipping back to you
OPTIONAL $16 - an extra rush fee to get your pins manufactured in 10 days instead of the usual 12 - 15 day frame

What you do with the pins is for you to decide and can be negotiated with me. You could either -
You get a certain number of pins and the rest are sold by me with you getting a cut of the profit from each sale/over a time period's earnings
OR
you can handle the pins on your own, so you can do whatever you want with the pins, sell em, have a wall of pins, don't mind either way
Some things to note (TOS)
Pin exclusive
You can definitely buy a pin design without paying to get them done! They would cost $20 and you can choose to get them manufactured by me anytime
All rounds of orders are done on the 21st of the current month or month after if already passed to give time for others to commission. This helps me keep track of physical orders easier and can make shipping from manufacturer to me cheaper
Because of the rounds system, all fees except shipping (from manufacturer) are charged before the 21st and all shipping (from manufacturer) are charged on the 20th of the month, 3 day leeway beforehand and afterwards if busy that day, don't worry, I'll be sure to notify you the day before hand any important dates!
All my dates are in GMT (Usually a day earlier than USA)
Time estimates are not always accurate, and could easily be delayed. I do not take accountability for shipping delays on the manufacturer's end or mine
I will always get a minimum of one pin from each order to keep to my collection, this number can change depending on the person
Feel free to sell these pins afterwards! All my pins come with a backstamp, so artist credit shouldn't be a worry
The automatic order is 50 pins, feel free to ask for quotes lower than 50 though
Payment plans are negotiable, ask!
I will not get the order manufactured without at least a 50% payment beforehand
I will not ship pins before given full payment
No refunds if pins have already been produced
All pins are back stamped with my business name at no extra cost to the person commissioning

I will always try my best to finish commissions in a timely manner, but sometimes I don't so please bear with me!
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
I will blacklist you if you try to get me to do any of the things on the WONTS list except gore
